I found this place whilst looking for authentic Indian food. Unassuming from the outside and part of the Little Foxes hotel. Inside it is clean and nicely decorated with a friendly welcome. The food is definitely authentic North Indian/ punjabi cuisine with a choice of street food starters.The masala fries and the pani puri were well flavoured and both good portion sizes.The chickpea curry (Lahori Chole) was spiced perfectly with a balanced amount of heat.This is a family run restaurant with a great atmosphere and brilliant staff. The highlight was the engaging owners who put a lot of effort into making sure that everything was right and I couldn't appreciate it more.Thank you so much and I'll see you soon.

Came for the Halwa Poori and it did not disappoint. Great portion, food tasted amazing and the chai was perfect. Would definitely recommend and will be coming back again!

Fantastic food. Served 16 of us, no problem. Friendly, fast service. The tawa platters are delicious. Made extra vegetarian dishes for a couple of people. Highly recommended

Nice to see a desi cafe in Crawley, finally! Hidden inside the countryside, Chaiistan offers a large selection of dishes and drinks. The desi breakfast was decent and good portions.In our 2nd visit for dinner, we ordered a range of starters. The naan roll was the best, pani puri was decent too. The items were all competitively priced, which was nice to see.Karak tea was on point and offered in a traditional hand-painted kettle. Service could improve a bit as they looked a bit short of staff. Definitely, I will be returning for more.

This hidden gem of a Pakistani breakfast haven offers a symphony of flavors at an unbeatable 10 per person. The Desi breakfast choices were an explosion of taste, reminiscent of the authentic flavors found in Pakistan. The tea, a true standout, transported me straight to the streets of Pakistan with its perfect blend. The owner's warmth and attentiveness created an inviting atmosphere, making this spot a top-notch destination for a genuine Pakistani breakfast experience. We’ll definitely be returning!
